SipAyiti offers authentic Haitian coffee products. We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by SipAyiti is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received prior to the acceptance of an order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS notifications from SipAyiti regarding order updates, promotional offers, and launch announcements. Message frequency varies. 5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and selected shipping method. SipAyiti is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
