Our beans are cultivated in the southern regions of Haiti, particularly in areas like Les Cayes, and Thiotte. These regions are renowned for their high elevations, fertile volcanic soils, and ideal microclimates, which contribute to the production of exceptional Arabica coffee beans.
Les Cayes, a major port city, has long been a hub for coffee exportation. Its strategic location and commitment to agriculture have made it a cornerstone in Haiti's coffee trade.
In the mountainous area of Thiotte, coffee cultivation is a way of life. Farmers here engage in sustainable practices, often growing coffee in 'creole gardens', a diverse, multi-crop system that promotes biodiversity and soil health.
